Remediation partner for accessibility auditors You audit. We fix the code. Your team retests.

For independent accessibility auditors and audit firms that don't fix theme code. Your clients get fixes; you keep the relationship, the retest and your independence. If the agreed fixes fail your retest, you don't pay for them.

Pay on pass

If the agreed fixes fail your retest, you don't pay for them.

  • Each quote defines the pass criteria: the issue list, the WCAG version and success criteria, and the test environment and assistive technology.
  • Up to two retest rounds. Failed items are reworked free within 14 days.
  • Invoiced after the final retest, for the agreed fixes that passed. Payment terms: net 15.

Pay on pass is a payment term, not a compliance guarantee. It covers the agreed fixes, by the agreed date, without breaking the site, with a change log mapped to each audit item. Scope and payment terms

Your retest stays independent

Our fixes are only worth something if your retest is independent, so we've set this up to protect it.

  • The client hires us directly, and you retest.

No money passes between us. You can tell your client you receive nothing from our work.

  • White-label

You contract us and resell the fixes. If you also retest them, tell your client you're checking work you commissioned. Some auditors prefer the first option for that reason.

  • No arrangement at all

We're one of the names you give when a client asks who can fix it.

We don't pay referral fees to auditors. A fee that depends on our getting paid would give you a stake in our fixes passing your retest. When a client of ours needs an independent or certified audit, we point them to independent auditors. No fees change hands either way, and we tell the client that. When we work from your audit, we don't sell our own Review or Fix Watch to your client, and we never solicit them.

Our Accessibility Review is sold to store owners who don't have an auditor. It isn't a certified audit, and we don't offer it to an auditor partner's clients.

From audit finding to paid fix

You hold the retest and the payment. How a job runs, step by step

  1. Who: You

    Send the findings

One client's audit in your normal format, plus read access. You can redact the client's name.

  2. Who: We

    Triage and quote

A fixed price for an agreed list of fixes within 2 business days, with app code and checkout flagged separately.

  3. Who: We

    Fix on staging

On an unpublished duplicate theme, a branch of the theme repository or a staging site. Never the live store.

  4. Who: We

    Scan diff and manual testing

Before/after scans, keyboard and screen reader checks, and a change-log row for each of your audit IDs.

  5. Who: You

    Your retest

Against the pass criteria in the quote. Up to two rounds; failed items are reworked free within 14 days.

  6. Who: You

    Pay on pass

Invoiced after the final retest, for the agreed fixes that passed.

Founding Partner Start. Status: Open until December 18, 2026

Retest three of our fixes before you decide

For our first five partner firms, through December 18, 2026. Send one client's audit and we'll quote a fixed price within 2 business days. Pick three findings and we'll fix them on a staging copy first, so you can retest our work on your client's real code before anyone commits. No charge for the three unless you go ahead.

Quote in 2 business days
Send one client's audit findings and read access. We quote a fixed price for an agreed list of fixes within 2 business days.
Three fixes on staging
Pick three findings from the audit. We fix them on an unpublished duplicate theme or staging copy within 3 business days of access, with change-log rows mapped to your audit IDs, so you can retest them first.
No charge unless you go ahead
No charge for the three unless you go ahead. If you go ahead, they're part of the job at the line price in your quote. If you don't, you owe nothing, and the fixes stay on the staging copy.
Then pay on pass
If you go ahead, pay on pass applies: pass criteria defined in the quote, up to two retest rounds, failed items reworked free within 14 days, and you pay only for agreed fixes that pass.

Ways to start

  • Your first job can be part of the audit.

Start with the critical and high findings, or one template such as the product page. It's the same fixed-price method, and a small project minimum applies.

  • Free fix plan for three findings

Paste up to three findings from any audit, with the client's name and URLs removed. Within 1 business day we'll send back, for each one, where it most likely lives in a Shopify or WordPress theme, how we'd fix it, what could make it bigger, and how you'd retest it. Free, with no access or client details needed and no follow-up sequence.

  • The findings format we quote from fastest

A free CSV and one-page guide covering the fields that get a finding fixed and retested in one pass: component, page state, steps to reproduce, what you tested with, and the retest check. No sign-up.

What you send, and what you get back

What you send us

  • The findings for one client: issue, WCAG criterion, page and severity. Your normal report format is fine.
  • The platform and theme, and whether the store or site has been heavily customized.
  • Read access to the theme code or a staging copy, through a collaborator account. Never a shared password.
  • The date your client needs the fixes by, if there is one.

Don't attach a confidential report to the contact form. Tell us roughly how many findings there are, and we'll reply with a secure way to share it.

What you get back

  • A fixed-price quote for an agreed fix list, 2 business days after receiving findings and read access.
  • A change log with one entry per audit item, using your IDs: what changed, which file, and how it was checked.
  • Notes on anything out of scope, such as third-party app code, with the options for each.
  • A retest request, with the staging link and the pages to check.

We won't go around you

We don't sell audits or monitoring to your clients, and we never pitch them our own Review. For 12 months after a job we won't approach your client without your written consent. If they contact us directly, we send them back to you.

A one-pager for your files

Pay on pass, the retest-ready change log, how we test and how we protect your independence, on one page.

Send one client's audit
