Accessibility Fleet Triage, for agencies Send us 10 client URLs. Get back which stores need attention first.

A quick, fixed-price triage of your client stores. For each site we scan four key pages at desktop and mobile widths, test the money path by keyboard, and write a client-ready one-page summary with the package we recommend and its fixed price. For the whole fleet you get one table that ranks your sites by urgency. Each site's triage fee is credited toward its Review + Fix if you book within 30 days.

A triage, not an accessibility review or an audit: four pages and one keyboard path per site.

Per site, you get

  • For each client site: an automated WCAG 2.2 AA scan of four pages (home, one collection or category page, one product page, and the cart with a product in it) at desktop and mobile widths.
  • For each site: a manual keyboard pass of about 15 minutes on the path to buy: the skip link and visible focus, the main menu, choosing product options, adding to cart and using the cart, reaching checkout, and closing pop-ups and banners.
  • For each site: a client-ready one-page summary in plain language: the top issues, who they affect and how, and the package we recommend with its fixed price.

For the whole fleet

  • For the fleet: one table ranking your sites by urgency, starting with barriers that stop a purchase.
  • White-label by default: unbranded or with your logo, and no contact with your clients.
  • Each site's $99 triage fee credited toward that site's Review + Fix if you book it within 30 days.

Why it matters: One triage shows you which client stores have barriers that stop a purchase, with a client-ready page and a fixed price for each, so you can raise accessibility one store at a time instead of with a big proposal. WebAIM's automated scan of the top one million home pages found detectable WCAG failures on 95.9% of them in February 2026. Source: WebAIM Million 2026

What a client summary looks like

One page per store, in plain language: the top issues, who they affect and how, and the package we recommend with its fixed price. White-label or co-branded, as you prefer.

One-page summaryExample store (demo)

White-label: Kettlecrest Outfitters

Urgency: high. Three barriers stop a purchase.

  1. The newsletter pop-up can’t be closed with a keyboard, so keyboard shoppers can’t reach the store behind it.

Who it affects: Shoppers who use a keyboard or a screen reader

  2. Sizes can’t be chosen without a mouse, and a screen reader doesn’t say which size is sold out.

Who it affects: Shoppers who use a keyboard or a screen reader

  3. The cart drawer opens without moving focus into it, and it can’t be closed with Escape.

Who it affects: Shoppers who use a keyboard or a screen reader

Recommended: Review + Fix, Essentials, $4,250 (list price).

No studio name anywhere. Your agency sends it as its own.

How the urgency ranking works

Each site is ranked by what the triage found. Barriers that stop a purchase come first (for example, a size you can’t pick by keyboard, or a cart drawer you can’t leave). Then come the number and severity of automated failures. It’s a way to decide which client to talk to first. It isn’t a legal-risk rating.

What a triage isn’t

  • Screen reader testing, zoom checks and pages beyond the four (those are in the Accessibility Review)
  • Fixes of any kind (that's Review + Fix)
  • A full accessibility review, an audit, a VPAT or an ACR: this is a triage of a small page sample
  • Checkout, logged-in pages and password-protected stores
  • Investigating code inside third-party apps
  • Legal advice, or any promise of compliance with the ADA or any other law
  • A triage is not an accessibility review, an audit or a VPAT. It samples four pages and one keyboard path per site, so it will miss issues a full Review would find.
  • WebAIM notes that automated tools cannot detect every WCAG failure, so a page with no detected errors is not necessarily accessible.
  • This is already a wholesale price: the 20% partner discount doesn't apply. Not combinable with the Launch Program.
  • Not legal advice, and not a promise of compliance with any law.
